Return & Refund Policy

All our products are bespoke and sold as seen, and therefore, all sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges if there is a quality concern with the item.

  • The item must have a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

2. Wait for our customer service team to review your request and provide further instructions.

3. Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over certain amounts depending on the region:

  • Free shipping within Canada for orders over 99 CAD.
  • Free shipping to the United States for orders over 149 CAD.
  • Free shipping to other international destinations for orders over 199 CAD.

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that this timeframe may vary during peak periods or for custom items.

We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The specific carrier may vary based on your location and the size of your order.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.

Yes, we ship to many international destinations. Free shipping is available for orders over 199 CAD. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please message us immediately on Facebook or Instagram, or email us at UniversOniriques@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible, on Facebook, Instagram or email at UniversOniriques@hotmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible if the order has already been shipped.
